Learn tactics for self-defense with our incredible instructor Michelle. She teaches you how to avoid getting into situations where you’re vulnerable and how to get out of them when you do. There will be partner work in this class and has the potential to run over the allotted one-hour timeframe so please plan accordingly.

Appropriate for all levels of fitness.
