Movement classes can be empowering and liberating or triggering and embarrassing depending on how it’s taught. Our movement classes are designed to be accessible to all levels. We teach to the beginners while creating space and room for more experienced practitioners. Our mindfulness classes work the same way—breathwork and mindfulness you can benefit from whether you’re brand new or have been practicing for years. Our Class Offerings:
Yoga: An inclusive yoga class designed for all levels, fostering intentional body awareness. This welcoming and accessible session encourages participants to explore mindful movement, breath, and self-discovery. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a beginner, this class invites you to connect with your body, cultivate awareness, and find peace in the present moment. Pilates: A holistic and inclusive class that focuses on strengthening the core muscles, improving flexibility, and enhancing overall body awareness through dynamic movement that emphasizes proper alignment and breathing techniques. Led by certified instructors, our sessions are tailored to accommodate varying fitness levels. Each class is conveniently hosted on-site so your team can enjoy the benefits without travel. These sessions offer a refreshing break from the workday hustle, promoting physical rejuvenation and stress reduction. Through mindful movement and focused breathing techniques, participants not only improve their overall health but also foster team cohesion, creating a positive and energized environment.
HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training): is a high-energy workout for fitness enthusiasts and curious newbies that includes a variety of exercises such as sprinting, jumping jacks, burpees, and strength training moves like squats and lunges. Led by our seasoned instructors, HIIT is great for cardiovascular health and is characterized by short bursts of intense activity followed by brief periods of rest or lower-intensity exercise. Through a series of movement designed to elevate heart rate and ignite metabolism, participants will enjoy a fun and challenging workout that revitalizes both body and mind. In-Person Classes
Is your event live? Then in-person classes are a great way to add movement and excitement to your event! Choose one or make a combination of many throughout your event.
Virtual Classes
Is your event virtual? No problem! Give your team access to the same quality content no matter where they are with virtual, live movement, and mindfulness classes.
The Conference Series
This high-quality, pre-recorded series includes four 10-20 min videos designed to be used either in the space between modules of a conference or retreat. They are also great to give guests access to in their hotel rooms so they can enjoy their movement on their own. Option to customize this series to your event, just ask!
