Puppy Yoga

Puppy yoga isn’t just adorable (it really is)—it’s also impactful.

Puppy Yoga is a lighthearted wellness activation that combines a gentle yoga class with the joyful presence of adoptable puppies from local rescues. Led by certified instructors, the session offers attendees a chance to stretch, unwind, and connect—with each other and with a room full of tail-wagging mood boosters.

Line Dancing

A Nashville favorite: Line dancing is a high-energy, choreographed dance that brings people together for a boot-stompin', hand-clappin' good time that guarantees smiles and laughter all around!

What makes it unique?

Choreographed Steps: Get ready to learn some fun moves! Each dance has a set pattern of steps that everyone will pick up and repeat, making it easy for the whole team to join in and groove together.

Formation: Stand tall with your team in lines or rows, all facing the same direction. It's like being part of a well-oiled dance machine where everyone moves as one.

Synchronization: Feel the beat and move in perfect harmony with your colleagues. As everyone performs the steps simultaneously, you'll experience the thrill of being in sync with the music and each other.

Field Days + Obstacle Course: Add excitement and movement to your event with our wellness-focused Field Days or Obstacle Courses! These engaging, all-levels activities are designed to inspire teamwork, boost energy, and promote connection through fun challenges and friendly competition. Whether it’s classic field games or a custom obstacle course, participants will enjoy a dynamic experience that encourages physical activity and collaboration. In-Person Classes

Is your event live? Then in-person classes are a great way to add movement and excitement to your event! Choose one or make a combination of many throughout your event.

Virtual Classes

Is your event virtual? No problem! Give your team access to the same quality content no matter where they are with virtual, live movement, and mindfulness classes.

The Conference Series

This high-quality, pre-recorded series includes four 10-20 min videos designed to be used either in the space between modules of a conference or retreat. They are also great to give guests access to in their hotel rooms so they can enjoy their movement on their own. Option to customize this series to your event, just ask!
