In 2018 I put on my vision board that I wanted to teach at the Music City Yoga Festival. One of the biggest yoga events in Nashville. I remember going in 2017 and telling my friend Hannah I will be up on that stage one day!

Well, friends, that dream that I visioned that thing I manifested in my life has come true and I’m very grateful! I will teach Yin/Restorative Yoga at the MCYF on Saturday, February 15, 2020!!

The event is from 10 am- 4 pm and I will be on the big stage at 3 pm sharing the stage with Liz Stewart for Sanctuary Yoga!
