The warrior series (I,II,II), well known and beloved by yogis, carries with it an ancient and powerful story. Join us as we journey inward to acknowledge and face our demons and limitations to reveal the warrior within. Teacher and powerhouse, Erika Porter, will take us through a mediation and flow focused on balancing the ego with softness and strength in order to increase resilience and open your heart.
We will follow up this incredible series with a workshop on using CBD to decrease anxiety, get in tune with our bodies, and find a "daily dose of chill" with locally and female owned "Yuyo Botanics" while snacking on CBD infused treats from local chef Keshia Hay.
