Our stress management workshop series is broken down into three different sections. They are as follows:
Part 1: Understanding Stress
In part 1, we will discuss various aspects of stress, such as why and how it forms, ways that our bodies internalize stress, how it affects our overall well-being, and more.
Part 2: Preventing Burnout
Part 2 is dedicated to strategizing ways to prevent corporate and workplace burnout. Corporate burnout is work-related stress that impacts our state of well-being in a negative way, which is why in part 2, we will discuss how to prevent corporate burnout in an effective and practical way.
According to the World Health Organization, corporate burnout has three main phases:
Phase 1: Exhaustion
Phase 2: Cynicism
Phase 3: Reduced Professional Efficacy
Part 2 is dedicated to strategizing ways to prevent corporate and workplace burnout by learning productivity techniques, encouraging community, culture building, and helping your team define success on their own terms both individually and collectively.
Part 3: Tools for Stress Management
Part 3 provides you with the tools and resources you’ll need to manage stress. This is when we’ll actively utilize our workbook and the resources it provides to learn new ways to address the difference between stress in your body and the stressors that cause the feelings of anxiety.
