Mind Body Magic Festival
It all started when…
We approached Avo with an idea for an ice cream social. Vanessa (at the time of Avo) suggested we do a festival instead…so she introduced us to Caitlin from oneC1TY who brought in NATIVE Magazine. We suggested we bring in Emily Janney and the Mind Body Magic Festival was born.
We truly believe that a rising tide lifts all boats and that a scarcity mindset keeps us small. So our vision was to bring together the best of Nashville's wellness scene to spark inspiration, well-being and education throughout the city.
Our first year saw over 1,100 RSVPs and over 450 attendees. We hosted 40 vendors, six incredible sponsors, two panels, and one closing ceremony.
We feel so honored to be part of this community and to have had the opportunity to bring so many companies together. We’re already prepping for next year so if you’re interested in joining as a vendor, sponsor, or other please fill out the form below and we’ll keep you in the loop.
“We highly recommend tabling at this event. The organizers had every detail covered and their onsite staff was friendly and eager to help with any last minute needs. The event drew a very diverse and engaging crowd that gave us great exposure as a new business. TRILUNA is working to create a wellness community here in Nashville that is intentional, authentic, sustainability-minded and impactful, and we were honored to take part. ”
“The festival was INCREDIBLE! I got twice the sign-ups I’ve ever had, so the fest drew a very engaged crowd. I loved the location, LOVED that you provided volunteers (came in super helpful!), and really liked being able to address the crowd as a part of my sponsorship. Best one I’ve been to yet! Can’t wait for next year!!”
“Thank you guys for inviting me to participate in such a wonderful and meaningful event. I felt very honored to be included. You guys are creating something super special and it seemed incredibly successful from my point of view, especially for the first one ever. I think it has a huge potential to grow and become even bigger. It was really exciting to have the opportunity to show my work at such a unique event. ”

“I had so much fun as a vendor at the MBM fest. It was an awesome opportunity to connect with a like-minded community and gain exposure as an artist and small business.”
