Join us as we provide a candid look into what it's like to be a black woman. The evening will be spent listening to our panel while participating in an open dialog.
Tue, June 9, 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM
We are providing a space where a collective of black women will shine light on the unspoken topic of their lived experience and how this affects their mental state. The take away should be that anyone attending or streaming will feel comfortable having discussions about racial differences and have the courage outside of this space to keep their immediate circle of influence accountable to the awareness of their black peers, friends, and clients.
THIS EVENT IS SOLD OUT but join us for the live streaming on facebook: Collective615
Special thanks goes out to our panel:
Karen Thompson - @thekarenthompson
Aja Price - @NotablyGray
Ashley Brooke James - @TrilunaWellness
Kirbee Miller - @KiNiMiKitchen (Moderator)
Jacqueline Hayes - @jacquihayesmba "Crayons & Marketers"
The women on our panel volunteered in effort to change the narrative on their experiences they face daily. Please show them respect, kindness; while also asking and participating in an authentic manner; as their goal is for you to hear their voice. We want you to leave feeling brave, that you all have a better understanding of how your voice and actions will influence the world of tomorrow.
