Look, it’s a weird time. We get it. But we don’t think that means you have to spend this time trying to “get fit” or “finally go on a diet.” In fact, we really would rather you take care of your mental health, eat nourishing foods, and give yourself a break.
We’re introducing this series for those new to yoga and those that have been practicing for a long time. If you’re new to yoga this is an incredible way to get started. In your own living room–with a team of us here on the other side that specializes in getting back to the basics and catering to all levels of experience.
If you’re not new to this practice, it’s still incredibly beneficial. Ask an advanced yoga teacher how they continue to develop their practice and we bet many of them would say they go to a “yoga basics” class. That’s what we do. Why? Because doing the poses correctly is integral to getting the most out of your practice.

All recordings will be sent to you after the class so even if you can’t make the date you can still benefit from the workshop. Please note that you can purchase the three-class pack after the classes have started, you will get the recording emailed to you!
