Join us Tuesday, December 10th at OneC1ty for an all-levels trauma sensitive yoga class, Hot Toddy’s, and community building! Our certified trauma sensitive yoga instructor, Jimmy Burk, will lead the class through a practice designed to cater to complex trauma, anxiety, depression, and "getting the hurt unstuck from our bodies." Jimmy is a truly gentle and loving soul and you wont want to miss this class!
If you've been interested in trying yoga but anxious to get involved—this is the perfect class for you. If you've practiced yoga for a long time but want to try trauma-sensitive yoga—this is the perfect class for you also.
