Fall is here and it’s time to embrace our very deep and basic love of all things pumpkin spice.
In this experience, we will begin with restorative yoga––a practice with lots of props, deep stretching, and meditation designed to relax and inspire your journey inwards. It's a beautiful class done almost exclusively laying down. Do you need to be flexible? Nope. Good at yoga? Not at all (what does that even mean?!). All you need to be good at is laying down on the floor. Got that covered? Perfect. After class, we will enjoy an “all things pumpkin spice bar” filled with light snacks and fall-inspired drinks from private chef, Keshia Hay!
