Private Movement + Mindfulness Classes

Wellness is better with friends. And bachelorettes are better with a little recovery built in! Some parties opt for restorative yoga and a healing sound bath and some just want a good ol’ fashioned workout. This is a guilt-free environment so you won’t hear us waxing poetic about health during your session. Sign up for one class or for a series of classes to build a day retreat. We’re here to help you build the experiences of your dreams (or your best friend’s dreams).

Our movement classes are designed to be accessible to all levels. We teach to the beginners while creating space and room for more experienced practitioners. Our mindfulness classes work the same way—breathwork and mindfulness you can benefit from whether you’re brand new or have been practicing for years. FAQ:

  1. I’m staying in a hotel or Airbnb is that a problem? Not a problem at all. AirBnb’s are usually easy depending on size of the group and size of the space. We can get creative if we have to! Hotels will usually have a space you can use if you ask. Let us know when you chat with us and we’ll help you find a solution.

  2. I’m in not in Nashville, can you still help me? Well, maybe! Let us know where you are and we’ll see what we can do.

  3. I’m worried we’ll have a friend that gets sick during the class? What should we do? We’ve seen it! Don’t worry at all. We’re here for you and you won’t get any judgment from us.

  4. I don’t know what I want, can you help me? Of course we can! That’s our specialty. Don’t know what a soundbath is? No problem. Have half the group that’s never done yoga? We got you. We teach to the group at hand so you don’t have to worry about anything at all.

  5. Will you all plan a full retreat for us? We can plan all your wellness activities so that it feels like a retreat but that’s as far as we go. But we do have a ton of amazing recommendations for places to stay and things to do in the city so just ask!
