About the Authors:
Elizabeth has worked in nearly every facet of marketing from her first job as a marketing intern at an internet company (where she fell asleep in meetings OFTEN), to the brand manager and eventually VP of marketing at an e-commerce company, and finally to the marketing manager of a creative agency in Nashville. Throughout all of this, she got her Integrative Nutrition Health Coaching Certification and completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training. She started her first company, MooreNutritious, in 2014 with her sister Rachael and together they worked as health coaches and lifestyle bloggers sharing their journey to a deeper understanding of holistic health through in-person coaching and social media. In 2015 they were the keynote speakers at Belmont’s Humanities Symposium. In 2017 Elizabeth completed her yoga teacher training and met her future business partner, Ashley Brooke James. Ashley is a 300-hour certified yoga teacher and also holds certifications in barre and Glidefit CardioWave Aquatics. After leaving a corporate background in Healthcare IT Account Management and Recruiting in 2017, Ashley focused on building her brand, yogaAB that promotes yoga as a lifestyle through food, relationships, and nature; In addition to providing yoga services to local studios, Metro School Systems and major healthcare and financial companies in Nashville, TN.
