During these difficult times, it’s more important than ever for our men to take care of themselves. Especially Black Men. After years and years of burying trauma, repeatedly witnessing police brutality, and having to show up each day for their families no matter the circumstances—our men are tired. They need a place to start the healing process, to openly discuss their fears, worries, and buried emotions.
Join Josh Mundy, co-founder of Pivotte School and Ashley Brooke James, co-founder of TRILUNA as they interview some of Nashville’s finest Black Male Leaders to start this process. We had an open conversation around mental health, trauma, and resources to help manage stress. The panelist for the evening were: Josh Mundy, Eric Capehart, Aaron McGee, and Michael Warren.
This is a conversation you may have missed but you will not want to miss out on. Get the full recording at the link below.
